AmiSight 1/10: What Comes First: The Business Coach or The Peer Group

I am happy to welcome EOS Implementer Stas Balenevsky to the AmiSights Podcast this morning.

My favorite nugget of our conversation is when we talk about what comes first: A Peer Group or a Business Coach. Stat's answer is thoughtful: he suggests that faced with a choice, an entrepreneur should pick a peer group first for the value of diverse opinions. While I agree with the view, it can be more complex. I recently suggested an entrepreneur do precisely the opposite. His situation was messy and complicated. The right coach would be a better place to start to help get him stabilized.
