I know I’m not alone in saying that 2024 has been a tough year for business. Our revenue is down, and our expenses are up. We will lose money for the first time in many years. We had to let go of some team members we really cared about. We have struggled with cash flow, and we’ve fought hard to keep our heads up and our customers satisfied.
I am not writing this to ask for sympathy or to try to justify what happened or explain economic cycles. But I want to try to put the year in perspective. Click here to continue reading in my 21Hats article.
