Good morning, friends. How do you lead with influence? It's not about ego, power, money, or who is the loudest in the room—or maybe the most "powerful." I love saying I found leaders with influence: give when they don't have to, care for others, grow continuously, live authentically, empower others, manage hardship, and serve with humility.
