While we all have our to-do lists, what if we had to-don’t lists? Whether it’s mentally or physically, these to-don’ts can allow you to do things that don’t align with your goals.
It’s easy to get caught up in mindless habits- such as mindlessly scrolling on your phone which can pull you away from more meaningful activities. Some may fall into saying “yes” to everything. As fun as it is to be a “yes man,” overcommitting can be draining and pull focus on what matters most.
