Happy Friday to all! I figured we could laugh a little today. When I saw this tweet by Noah Kagan, I couldn't help but laugh and reflect on my own career and how it had progressed. Let's go ahead and break it down:
In the first third of your career, being present is the most valuable gift you can give yourself. Just by being in close proximity to more tenured employees, you can scale your skillset exponentially and absorb knowledge and business culture.
In the second third of your career, get enthusiastic about leadership opportunities and develop managerial expertise. By taking on more responsibility, you build your confidence and fuel your professional growth.
Finally, in the last third of your career, you may find yourself avoiding social interaction so you can focus on getting sh*t done.
