It's been a long time since I have seen a retail or food concept in America that made me stop in my tracks. So I was happily surprised when I drove by a drive-through Sushi restaurant in Louisville yesterday. Sound fishy?
There were about six cars in line, and I decided to jump in and grab a roll for myself. It was fast, fresh, and delicious!!! I had to share.
